• Why do we have this? So there is a clear understand of ownership throughout each phase of a project and release.
• When do we reference this? For bigger projects with larger scope that need to be managed and driven forward.

  • Using design thinking sessions to source more participants and ways of thinking
  • Reviewing designs and iterating, narrowing down to one final concept
  • Working sessions- working through challenges and obstacles for users and product decisions needed

Validate and Plan

• What are we doing?

  • Once we have a concept, how will we validate it?
  • Edge cases, scenarios list
  • User testing needed? More research?

  • Estimate a timeline for findings
